EPMO Specialist

Role Overview

This position is responsible for strengthening project governance, monitoring delivery progress, and supporting successful execution through Salam PMO practices. The role focuses on project controls, reporting, compliance, and coordination so that initiatives stay aligned with company standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Help drive project execution in line with Salam PMO lifecycle standards, governance rules, and methodology.
• Follow up on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and flag any possible slippages early.
• Use the organization’s PMO tools, templates, standards, and documentation practices consistently across assigned projects.
• Make sure projects follow governance checkpoints, stage-gate reviews, and approval procedures.
• Keep core project records up to date, including plans, risk logs, issue trackers, action items, and lessons learned.
• Compile and present project status, financial, and operational updates for management.
• Spot project risks, issues, and deviations, and raise them to the relevant stakeholders when needed.
• Track spending, budgets, and resource usage to help projects stay on course.
• Assist with change management activities and continuous improvement efforts linked to projects.
• Work with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to support project delivery and communication.
• Contribute to the rollout and improvement of project management methods, tools, and reporting capabilities across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, MIS, or a closely related discipline is required.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• A result-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in project environments.
