About the Role

We are looking for a practical, target-oriented recruiter with a strong background in engineering services hiring. The role focuses on contract recruitment for technical functions across industries such as aerospace, electronic systems, transportation, and electronics. Only applicants with relevant experience in this niche should apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle for engineering contract positions as an independent contributor.
Develop and nurture a dependable talent pipeline of engineering contractors in aerospace, electronic systems, and related technical fields.
Work closely with business development teams and clients to understand technical needs, delivery timelines, and hiring expectations.
Source proactively using direct outreach, referrals, professional networking, and industry-specific channels.
Evaluate, screen, and interview candidates to confirm technical capability, contract suitability, and alignment with client needs.
Handle offer discussions, contract conditions, joining dates, and future redeployment planning.
Track recruiting performance indicators such as time-to-fill, submission-to-hire conversion, and overall pipeline strength.
Follow U.S. labor regulations, client-specific obligations, and internal staffing guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated success in U.S.-based engineering contract staffing.
Hands-on recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, electronic systems, or comparable high-technology environments.
Clear understanding of contract staffing structures, billing rates, margins, and delivery requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication, planning, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior exposure to government, defense, or regulated engineering programs is an advantage.
An established network of engineering contractors will be beneficial.

Compensation

This opportunity offers a base salary along with commission.

Work Location

Bangalore or Noida.
