Engineer - Finishes

Role Overview

The Finishing Site Engineer will oversee the execution, supervision, and quality control of all finishing activities at the project location. This includes both interior and exterior works such as plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceilings, and cladding. The position is focused on delivering the finishing scope within schedule, aligned with approved drawings, specifications, and expected quality benchmarks.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily finishing work on site, covering activities such as tiling, plastering, painting, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, and façade finishes.
• Study architectural and finishing drawings carefully and make sure on-site execution matches the design requirements and technical specifications.
• Follow up with contractors, measure work progress, and help ensure finishing milestones are completed as planned.
• Carry out site checks to verify workmanship quality and confirm compliance with approved standards and sample mock-ups.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to keep materials, tools, and other site resources available when needed.
