Role overview
The Engagement Manager serves as the primary day-to-day owner of client relationships, operating as a small-scale partner for assigned accounts. In this position, you will lead executive-level conversations, guide analytics teams based in India, and shape analytical insights into practical recommendations that clients can implement. The typical client profile includes waste management service companies and, in the future, private equity-backed environmental services platforms.
What you will own
- Client leadership: Run weekly client touchpoints, work directly with CEO, CFO, CRO, and CCO stakeholders, convert business challenges into analytics-driven workstreams, and communicate findings along with clear recommendations.
- Delivery leadership: Coordinate India-based analytics teams, manage project plans and deadlines, maintain the quality of delivered outputs, and translate analysis into actions that can be executed by the client.
- Commercial support: Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts, assist with proposal development, facilitate executive workshops, and participate in business development discussions.
