Driver Check-In Coordinator

Role Overview

Performance Food Group is seeking a Driver Check-In Coordinator in Cairo, GA. In this role, you will support the final stage of the delivery process by checking in drivers when they return, verifying returns, and making sure paperwork, cash, checks, and inventory records are handled accurately. The position is an important part of keeping the food distribution flow organized, compliant, and efficient.

What the Role Supports

This job helps maintain the country’s food supply chain by ensuring deliveries are properly completed and that returned items are processed correctly. You will also represent the company through professional communication with drivers, customers, vendors, and team members.

Key Duties

Your day-to-day work will center on driver check-in, returns processing, record handling, and coordination with internal teams. The role also includes supporting vehicle repair and maintenance coordination when needed.

Qualifications

This role calls for a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting or administrative support, and comfort with basic math and computer data entry. Candidates must also be able to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
