About the Role

Naissus Inc. is hiring an experienced dispatcher to support a fast-growing trucking operation based in Skopje. The company operates a fleet of 50 trucks, primarily 2023 to 2026 models including Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo, and Peterbilt. The work is mainly with company drivers, and the ideal candidate will be able to keep drivers productively assigned and moving, including routes of 600+ miles per day.

The office is located on Jordan Mijalkov, Skopje.

Open Dispatch Roles

The company is currently recruiting for dry van and flatbed dispatch positions.

Experience and Compensation

A verifiable 3 years of dispatch experience is preferred. Candidates with less experience may still be considered if they have strong broker or shipper connections. Compensation is influenced by experience as well as relationships with brokers and shippers.

Communication and Job Expectations

This position requires strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, with excellent English fluency being essential for selection. The role also calls for a solid understanding of Department of Transportation hours-of-service rules, the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, and strong interpersonal skills.
