Director of Projects

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, delivery-oriented Director of Projects who can steer enterprise-level project execution, manage complex portfolios, and keep business strategy tightly connected to delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of multiple strategic projects and programs, from launch through completion.
• Create, implement, and maintain strong project governance, delivery methods, and operating standards.
• Work closely with executive leaders to ensure the project portfolio supports wider organizational goals.
• Track performance across budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and key success metrics.
• Spot delivery issues early and remove blockers, risks, and cross-project conflicts.
• Improve project management processes, tools, and overall delivery efficiency on an ongoing basis.
• Guide, coach, and develop project managers and wider delivery teams.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, portfolio summaries, business cases, and strategic progress reports.
