Digital Solutions Specialist

Overview

DOC Medical Center is looking for a well-rounded Digital Solutions Specialist to build and support software products, mobile apps, websites, and visual assets that serve clinical, operational, and marketing needs. This position works closely with teams across the organization to deliver secure, practical, and easy-to-use digital tools while keeping systems running smoothly and the brand presentation consistent.

What you will do

• Plan, build, and maintain software applications and other digital solutions.
• Support iOS and Android apps, including releases, updates, and issue resolution.
• Develop and upkeep the company’s websites and online platforms.
• Produce high-quality digital and print graphics for marketing use.
• Keep websites secure, performant, and regularly updated with content.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into solutions.
• Connect applications with internal tools and external services.
• Diagnose technical problems and assist end users when needed.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for technical and design assets.
• Keep pace with new technologies, design approaches, and industry standards.

Requirements

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a similar discipline.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required across software development, mobile apps, web design, and graphic design.

You should have solid hands-on knowledge of software engineering, web technologies, and mobile platforms for both iOS and Android.

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and current web frameworks is expected, along with a good grasp of UI/UX and responsive design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or comparable design software, is important.

You should also understand databases, APIs, and system integrations, and bring strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and project management skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
