Role snapshot
This is a W2 contract opportunity that can be performed remotely from the United States. The role is structured as a 40-hour work week and offers compensation in the range of $70 to $100 per hour.
What you will do
- Build challenging technical tasks that span machine learning, data science, data engineering, and software workflows.
- Review model responses and judge their correctness, efficiency, and quality of reasoning in detail.
- Develop assessment frameworks and scoring rubrics to measure agentic system behavior.
- Produce precise, clearly documented solutions that can be used as reliable ground-truth references.
- Work closely with cross-functional subject matter experts to keep outputs consistent and technically accurate.
What we are looking for
- Solid background in machine learning, data science, software engineering, or another STEM discipline.
- Strong ability in programming, data analysis, statistical methods, or computational workflows.
- Availability to work full time on weekdays for the duration of the engagement.
- Experience with data annotation, evaluation, or human feedback processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with large language models, agentic systems, or evaluation frameworks is preferred.
- Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills.
