Role overview

In this Singapore-based role, you will help shape Dyson’s next wave of digital initiatives with a strong customer focus. You will support business insight generation and contribute to innovation across multiple digital touchpoints.

What you will do

• Take ownership of data and tracking needs for Dyson’s IoT-enabled products.
• Help drive Dyson’s digital strategy and transformation plan.
• Define and document data product requirements, and assess feasibility at each product milestone and review.
• Keep alignment across several workstreams and backlogs, including App, Cloud, Embedded Software, and Enterprise IT.
• Set and manage expectations around data product delivery with senior stakeholders.
• Work in Lean and Agile ways of working, support flow improvement, and provide clear updates on roadmap, planning, and delivery.

What we are looking for

• Background in data product management, data analytics/BI, and software development, with practical familiarity with data and analytics technologies.
• A strong instinct for data-led thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work well in fast-changing environments.
• Highly organized, with a track record of turning requirements into an actionable plan and delivering against it.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams on complex outcomes.
• Good commercial understanding and awareness of how different business functions operate and interact.
• Ability to influence others and explain business impact clearly, including to senior stakeholders.
• Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
