Role overview
We are hiring a highly analytical Data Insights Analyst to turn complex datasets into practical business recommendations. In this role, you will examine large volumes of information, spot trends and opportunities, build reporting tools, and deliver insights that help shape strategy and support growth.
What you'll do
- Gather data from multiple sources, review it carefully, and identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
- Create and update dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to support ongoing monitoring.
- Convert technical or complex findings into clear insights that decision-makers can act on.
- Assist with planning and decision-making by providing evidence-based recommendations.
- Perform one-off analyses to answer operational, financial, and strategic questions.
- Work with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and data requirements.
- Track performance metrics and highlight areas that need improvement.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analytics outputs.
- Share findings and recommendations with management and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to data governance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
- About 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or another analytical function.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for retrieving and analyzing data.
- Advanced Excel capability, including formulas, PivotTables, and analytical functions.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable data visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Comfort managing several tasks and deadlines at the same time.
Preferred background
- Exposure to Python or R for analysis and automation is an advantage.
- Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL workflows, and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience supporting business strategy, operations, marketing, or finance teams is helpful.
- Professional certifications in analytics, business intelligence, or data management are a plus.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Texas, United States.
