What we are looking for

• Good analytical ability and a solid starting point in data analysis for reading datasets and spotting trends.
• Basic statistics knowledge to support hypothesis testing, data checks, and result interpretation.
• Introductory exposure to data modeling concepts and how data is organized for analysis.
• Clear communication skills for sharing insights with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and beginner-friendly data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or Python exposure is an advantage.
• Ability to work on your own in a remote setup, manage time well, and deliver within deadlines.
• Interest in climate, sustainability, or environmental subjects; related coursework or projects are a plus.
• Relevant study background in data science, statistics, mathematics, environmental science, or a similar area.
