Role overview
We are looking for an early-career Data Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting meaningful patterns, and turning numbers into practical insights that help guide business decisions and growth.
What you will do
- Gather information from both internal and external sources, then clean and structure it for analysis.
- Examine datasets to uncover trends, relationships, and useful business insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visual presentations that help teams make decisions.
- Track important KPIs and other business performance measures.
- Check data quality and verify that reporting outputs are correct and reliable.
- Work with stakeholders to understand what they need from reports and analysis.
- Explain findings and recommendations in a clear, practical way.
- Contribute to data-led initiatives and efforts to improve business processes.
- Help streamline reporting tasks and improve how data is handled across workflows.
What we are looking for
We need someone with a solid foundation in data analysis, basic statistics, and reporting. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability are important, along with clear communication skills. You should be able to work accurately and efficiently with large datasets. Experience with Excel is essential, SQL knowledge is preferred, and exposure to tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Familiarity with Python, R, or similar analytical tools is also advantageous.
Education and experience
A degree, diploma, or relevant training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Prior internship or project-based exposure to data analysis is helpful but not mandatory.
