Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Spot weaknesses, inconsistencies, and possible breakdowns in automated support responses.

• Work directly with the client team to keep evaluation methods aligned and quality checks consistent.
• Record observations and help develop better practices for ongoing support improvements.
