About the Internship
We are seeking an enthusiastic graduate who is passionate about the custom clothing industry. This role is highly suitable for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers to understand their preferences and help guide them towards selecting the ideal fit and style of custom-made apparel. Candidates from Mumbai are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist visitors on our website by helping them choose the right products aligned with their preferences.
- Engage with customers to comprehend their style, fit, and customization needs.
- Provide guidance on fabric selection, fit options, and design aspects.
- Support customers in selecting appropriate sizes and understanding measurements.
- Offer personalized styling advice tailored to each customer's requirements.
- Help customers through alteration processes and post-purchase support.
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience throughout.
- Collaborate closely with the production team, workshop staff, and logistics partners to guarantee accurate order execution and delivery.
- Act as a 'fit stylist' providing customized assistance to customers.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Graduates in fashion studies, business, marketing, commerce, or related disciplines.
- Genuine enthusiasm for made-to-measure and personalized clothing.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and offering style advice.
- Good knowledge of garment construction, fit, and sizing standards.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
- Available for a full-time in-office internship in Mumbai, preferably willing to work from the Ghatkopar workshop.
- Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm with one weekday off; Sunday is a working day.

Internship Details and Benefits
- Duration: 6 months internship starting immediately between Jul 9, 2026, and Aug 13, 2026.
- Stipend: INR 8,000 to 10,000 per month.
- Additional perks include certificate of completion, recommendation letter, flexible work hours, informal dress code, and potential job offer based on performance.
- On successful transition to a permanent role, the expected annual salary ranges between INR 200,000 to 220,000.
- Work schedule involves six days per week, with one weekday off; Sundays offer work-from-home flexibility.
- Location: Vasai East, near the highway.
