Role Overview
GAC Group is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee service operations, support the quotation workflow, and help strengthen customer and partner relationships. The role focuses on delivering accurate commercial information, keeping response times on track, and maintaining high service standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales function by preparing accurate and prompt quotations that support revenue growth.
- Make sure customer service staff handle questions and complaints correctly and within the agreed turnaround times, while keeping the experience customer-first.
- Develop and sustain productive working relationships with international agents across different regions to encourage collaboration and business expansion.
- Guide and support team members so quotation work, cost calculations, and service quality remain efficient and consistent.
- Manage RFQs and tender responses, ensuring pricing is correct, documents are complete, and submissions are sent on schedule.
- Strengthen relationships with service providers and evaluate better agents and suppliers to improve service standards and maintain competitive offerings.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar customer service supervision role.
- A graduate degree in a management-related discipline.
- Strong negotiation, organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office and able to adapt quickly to new software tools.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
