Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for a growing manufacturer that designs custom-engineered solutions. - Share order progress, lead times, shipping information, and project schedules with customers.

- Keep customer data, order details, and supporting documents updated in the ERP system.
- Assist internal departments in meeting customer expectations while upholding service quality standards.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or another technical environment.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Good organization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience working with ERP software and Microsoft Office tools.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to learn, build new capabilities, and grow within a technical manufacturing business.
- Prior experience supporting technical products or engineered solutions is preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and a proactive approach to serving customers.
