Role overview
This is a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role centers on assisting clients with questions related to government services and procedures, and helping them understand the progress and requirements of their transactions.
What you will do
- Respond to client enquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Share clear and accurate information about governmental services, procedures, and transaction requirements.
- Track and document client communications and service updates carefully.
- Follow up on pending cases to help ensure timely closure and resolution.
- Work with internal departments and government offices to move cases forward efficiently.
- Keep your knowledge current on relevant rules, regulations, and official portals.
- Help maintain a high-quality client experience throughout the service journey.
- Support ongoing improvements in service standards and overall client satisfaction.
Required background and qualities
Candidates should have strong communication and troubleshooting abilities, along with prior exposure to PRO-related work such as government transactions, visa processing, and similar services. A solid understanding of UAE laws, regulations, and government portals is important, as is the ability to manage client interactions professionally. Strong planning skills and close attention to detail are also essential.
