About the Role
This position is for an experienced customer service professional who will contribute to training AI systems. The work involves checking how chatbot models perform, reviewing their reasoning, and identifying issues that can be improved to raise overall output quality.
The role calls for a very strong command of writing, editing, and content creation. Backgrounds in communications or journalism may be relevant, though related experience in similar fields is also acceptable.

- Work independently on your own computer from home.
- Compensation starts at $25–$30+ per hour, with higher rates available on select projects.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess the quality of their responses.
- Review model output for accuracy, clarity, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Fluent English at a native or bilingual level.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent grammar, style, and brand voice awareness.
- A Bachelor’s degree that is current, in progress, or completed is preferred, but not mandatory.

This is an independent contractor engagement. Payment is processed through PayPal, and currency conversion from USD will be handled by PayPal where applicable. No payment or fee will ever be requested from applicants. Only candidates located in Ireland will be considered.
