Role overview

Candidate profile
We are seeking someone who combines strong interpersonal abilities with practical technical knowledge to manage customer interactions effectively.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification; additional education is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, empathy, and adaptability.
