About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to support and engage with customers and vendors in an emerging digital startup aimed at the events industry. The selected intern will be responsible for managing telephone communications, supporting business development efforts, and boosting subscription sales. After completing the internship, there is potential for transition into a full-time hybrid role that combines customer service and direct event management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle customer and vendor calls and provide comprehensive support.
- Help founders in carrying out business development tasks.
- Drive efforts to increase subscription sales.
