Role Overview
RadicalMedia is looking for a creative, highly committed Creative Assistant to support an experienced director working across commercials and music videos. Based in Santa Monica, CA, the position focuses on helping shape ideas and contributing to the development and delivery of original creative work.

You will assist with concept development and execution across a variety of projects, working closely with a collaborative team in an environment that encourages creativity and professional development.
Experience and Commitment
This is a long-term opportunity with a minimum expected duration of 2 years.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on graphic design experience
- Strong writing ability
- Working knowledge of film and television concepts
