Role overview
This contract role sits within a corporate access environment and focuses on helping organize and deliver a variety of investor-facing and business events such as roadshows, field trips, and conferences. The position supports a corporate access originator in building well-run event programs that align with business goals and deliver a high standard of service.
The team works closely with investor relations, research, sales, banking, investors, and company management to coordinate meaningful interactions and manage schedules across multiple stakeholders.
Core responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of event logistics, including transportation bookings, food arrangements, and detailed itineraries.
- Help manage roadshow schedules and support interactions between investors, research teams, and corporate management.
- Handle budget reconciliation, invoice processing, and post-event review and analysis.
- Contribute to conference planning when needed, including meeting allocation, speaker coordination, and related logistics.
- Provide occasional on-site support during events.
- Take ownership of ad hoc assignments for the team as required.
Working style and performance expectations
The role calls for someone who can move quickly without losing accuracy, respond promptly to client and internal requests, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Strong customer service, flexibility, and attention to detail are essential.
Risk and compliance
All duties must be completed in line with regulatory obligations, the enterprise-wide risk management framework, and internal policies and standards.
Candidate profile
Ideal candidates will have prior exposure to event or conference coordination, especially in client-facing or logistics-heavy settings. The job requires someone who can juggle several projects at once, remain composed under pressure, and adapt easily to changing priorities or urgent requests. Comfort communicating with senior executives, investors, and internal teams is important, along with a willingness to support event delivery in person and travel occasionally when needed.
Education and experience
A bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates should bring at least 4 years of professional experience, preferably within finance, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with corporate access is considered an advantage.
