Building on the success of the Bristol venue, the team is preparing to launch a new London experience in 2026. This next chapter will introduce an entirely new immersive world designed to spark imagination on a larger scale.

Role Overview

This is an in-house, permanent Content Creator / Producer role focused on producing short-form social content for the London site. The position is strongly TikTok-led, while also covering Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta platforms and other digital channels.

You will be responsible for capturing, filming and editing engaging content that reflects the energy and personality of Wake The Tiger. Content will span the early build and launch phases, live operations, events, completed rooms, photoshoots, and the immersive bar and kitchen environment. In addition to video, you will also shoot still photography to support a wider volume of social and marketing assets.

The role suits someone who can work quickly, independently and creatively in a fast-moving environment. You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept through filming, editing and final delivery, while working closely with the Marketing team to align output with campaigns, brand priorities and publishing plans.

This is not a personal brand, ambassador or influencer role. The focus is on creating content for the Wake The Tiger brand itself.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Meta channels.
• Produce still photography for social posts, campaign use and wider marketing materials.
• Translate live onsite moments into social content that feels native to each platform.
• Be present onsite during major launches, activations, events and live trading periods.
• Spot relevant social trends, sounds and formats and adapt them to the Wake The Tiger brand world.
• Work with the Marketing team to shape weekly content concepts and delivery schedules.
• Support both organic and paid social content production.
• Monitor content results with the Marketing team and refine output using performance insights and platform trends.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience making short-form social content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Evidence of content that you have personally planned, filmed, edited and published.
• Solid understanding of hooks, pacing, audience retention and platform-specific storytelling.
• Ability to shoot high-quality video as well as still images during content sessions.
• Strong editing capability using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Canva for social graphics and content assets.
• Comfort filming in public, live and fast-moving environments.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with marketing and other internal teams.
• Self-starter with a practical, solution-focused approach and strong prioritisation skills.

Additional Information

Start date: July 2026

Working pattern: 3 to 4 days per week

Onsite requirement: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days onsite each week

Pay: £34,000 to £36,000 pro rata, depending on experience
