About the Role
This is a hands-on opportunity to join a strong creative and marketing team at the point where content, culture, and paid media meet. The role calls for a highly imaginative, trend-aware creator who can develop engaging platform-ready content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. Because the position is fully on-site, it requires solid execution across shooting, editing, and on-camera work. The creator will help shape JLUXLABEL’s social presence through frequent, high-impact content designed to boost engagement, brand visibility, and conversions.
Content Creation and Execution
- Develop, film, and edit short-form video and visual content built to perform well.
- Deliver weekly content that supports campaign timelines and new product launches.
- Produce lifestyle, product-focused, and behind-the-scenes footage while on site.
- Use strong openings, storytelling, and product framing to improve content performance.
Platform Optimization
- Adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
- Keep up with emerging trends, platform changes, and algorithm updates.
- Regularly test editing styles, content formats, and messaging to raise results.
Campaign Collaboration
- Work with the Marketing, Creative, and Influencer teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Help generate ideas and support creative direction for content.
- Make sure every asset reflects the brand voice, aesthetic, and performance objectives.
Performance and Iteration
- Monitor key metrics such as engagement, views, CTR, thumb-stop rate, and conversions.
- Apply performance insights to improve creative strategy and scale strong-performing content.
- Move quickly on updates based on data and team feedback.
On-Camera Presence
- Confidently appear on camera for both organic and paid social content.
- Present the brand in an authentic way across multiple formats.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience creating social content, ideally in fashion.
- Demonstrated success producing short-form video that performs well.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends.
- Ability to use editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, and TikTok tools.
- Experience with AI creative tools like Midjourney or Firefly is an added advantage.
- Good sense of style, framing, composition, and overall brand presentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication plus collaboration skills.
- Highly structured and comfortable working in a fast-moving, on-site setting.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
