Role overview
MSR Technology Group is hiring a fully remote Construction Project Coordinator for a long-term contract assignment. The role supports new-build projects and construction (Cx) programs through high-volume coordination, scheduling, documentation, and administrative support. Compensation is $30.50 per hour on W2, along with benefits.
This position is designed to ease the workload of project and Cx managers by handling back-office tasks, maintaining project records, and keeping stakeholders aligned so work can move from initiation through closeout efficiently.
What you will do
- Provide back-office administrative support for project setup, tracking, and documentation.
- Maintain and update project spreadsheets, timelines, milestones, and schedules using Excel and related tracking tools.
- Complete checklist-based validations such as funding checks, purchase order processing, approvals, and vendor status review.
- Prepare simple project updates, reports, and presentation materials in PowerPoint when needed.
- Serve as a coordination hub for roughly 20 to 26 daily stakeholders.
- Support three senior Cx Managers across IOA, conduit, and new-build/underwrite programs.
- Assist with administrative and coordination work across multi-year, tiered infrastructure initiatives.
- Help ensure smooth project progress from start through closeout.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a construction delivery environment.
- Working knowledge of construction deliverables such as as-builts, drawings, closeout records, material management, and logistics.
- Comfort working with Excel and workflow/project management tools such as One Vision or similar platforms.
- Ability to support collaboration across multiple stakeholders and keep details organized.
- Availability to work within PST, MST, or CST time zones.
