Construction Manager

Role overview

Al Huda Engineering Works is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee site operations in Doha, Qatar. This position calls for a professional who can direct day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with all project stakeholders, and keep delivery aligned with quality, safety, time, and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all construction work happening at the project site.
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client-side representatives to keep execution on track.
• Track overall progress, workmanship quality, site safety, and team productivity.
• Make sure the work is completed in line with project drawings, specifications, timelines, and cost plans.
• Address technical challenges and construction issues as they arise.
• Guide project engineers, foremen, and other site personnel.
• Compile progress updates and share them with senior management.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• At least 15 years of construction experience is expected.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically as a Construction Manager.
• Proven background in large commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects is necessary.
• Strong leadership abilities and clear communication skills are essential.
• Prior work experience in GCC countries, especially Qatar, is mandatory.
