Role overview
This contract role is for a Compliance Specialist supporting AI model training and evaluation in the areas of compliance and risk. The work is remote and centered on applying practical domain knowledge to improve model quality.
What you will do
- Assess and train AI systems using compliance- and risk-related scenarios.
- Build tasks and deliverables that reflect realistic, real-world situations.
- Offer subject matter feedback that helps move forward AI research efforts.
Workload expectations
Project size and length can change depending on the assignment. Most engagements are expected to require about 15 to 30 hours each week.
Profile of a strong candidate
Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with regulatory compliance frameworks, risk assessment and mitigation, internal controls, and audit processes. You should also communicate clearly and be comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
Compensation
The role is paid at an hourly rate of $60 to $80.
