Role Overview
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead reward planning and support a competitive total rewards framework. This role focuses on building pay and benefits programs that help attract, motivate, and retain strong talent while aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, improve, and oversee compensation and benefits programs.
- Run salary comparisons and market research to keep pay structures competitive.
- Build and maintain incentive, bonus, and recognition plans.
- Coordinate the annual salary review cycle.
- Help ensure compensation practices follow relevant regulations and internal standards.
- Review compensation information and HR data to support decision-making.
- Assist with benefits operations and employee reward programs.
- Work closely with HR and business leaders on total rewards strategy.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Compensation & Benefits or broader Total Rewards work.
- Strong comfort with numbers, data review, and analytical thinking.
- Good understanding of compensation frameworks and market practices.
- Hands-on exposure to salary surveys and benchmarking methods.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
