Community Order Support Officer

Overview

This role provides unarmed community order support services through mobile, roving, and static patrols. Key duties involve responding to incidents, offering first response, and delivering specialized unarmed protection and safety services. The position requires performing patrols on foot and by vehicle to uphold order, safeguard personnel and assets, and address service calls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unarmed community officer support.
• Conduct mobile, roving, and static patrols to maintain community order.
• Act as a first responder, document incidents, and provide specialized unarmed support and safety services.
• Perform dismounted and mounted patrols to ensure order, protect personnel and resources, and respond to service requests.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications: A High School Diploma is required. One year of relevant experience can substitute for one year of education if a degree is typically mandated.

Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military roles is necessary.

Other Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English is essential.
• Must successfully pass all contract-specified medical and physical requirements.
• Must adhere to all contractually mandated standards.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of pre-deployment screenings, including a drug test, medical examination, 52 hours of training, and a psychological evaluation, is mandatory.
• Must pass a physical fitness test (PFT).
• Exceptional computer, interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities are required. This includes proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness and ability to perform job duties in the specified environment, including extended deployments to Qatar, are necessary. Typical work schedules involve six days a week, twelve hours per day, with shifts that may include day or night.
• Must be able to lift, carry, or wear up to forty pounds of personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended durations and be capable of running during emergencies without compromising personal or others' safety. All personnel must maintain physical, medical, and dental fitness throughout their deployment.
