Role overview
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Community Manager supporting a client through Hire Feed. The position is open to candidates working from anywhere in Pakistan. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with the candidate’s experience.
What you’ll do
- Oversee community spaces and keep conversations respectful, helpful, and on track.
- Plan and run engagement initiatives that encourage participation and long-term member retention.
- Produce, select, and distribute relevant content that sparks discussion and strengthens community ties.
- Track community wellbeing indicators, review participation patterns, and share updates on engagement and feedback.
- Partner with product and marketing teams so community efforts support wider business objectives.
Skills and qualifications
- Hands-on experience with online communities or social media management is necessary.
- Strong command of written and spoken communication for community interaction and content creation.
- Ability to interpret engagement data and adjust tactics based on findings.
- Comfort using community management tools and platform features.
- Good problem-solving ability to handle disputes or community issues effectively.
