Role Overview

This position is for a full-time, non-management Commis I role based in Al Hamra District, Southern Corniche, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role supports a luxury hospitality kitchen environment and is focused on preparing food to the required quality, presentation, and safety standards.

Key Duties

  • Prepare specialty dishes and substitute menu items when needed.
  • Control oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures for proper cooking results.
