Role overview

Welcome Hotels is looking for a Commis de Rang (m/w/d) to join the team in Bamberg with immediate effect. The position is intended for full-time employment, and part-time work can also be arranged by agreement.

What the job involves

• Serving food and drinks while advising and looking after restaurant guests
• Setting up meeting rooms and preparing coffee breaks
• Preparing banquet and event setups for weddings, birthdays, and corporate functions
• Supporting the service of meetings and special events
• Supervising temporary staff, interns, and trainees
• Making sure hygiene rules under HACCP and all safety regulations are followed
• Cleaning equipment, machines, materials, and furniture in a proper and professional way
• Preparing mise en place for the respective shifts
• Instructing trainees
