Role Overview

The position is for a chat support executive in an IT services company. The role supports both work-from-home and work-from-office arrangements, with the job location based in Indore, India.

What You Will Do

• Respond to customer complaints and guide them toward suitable solutions and alternatives within the expected turnaround time.
• Track each issue through to closure and make sure the customer’s concern is fully resolved.
• Take charge of the customer service workflow and ensure support operations run smoothly.
• Address customer complaints that are assigned to you and work on resolving them effectively.

Eligibility

Graduation is not mandatory for this role, so candidates without a degree may also apply.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary package in the range of INR 2,00,000 to INR 4,25,000.
