Overview

Agile Conseils is hiring a driven and results-focused Chargé(e) d’Affaires for a permanent full-time position in Antananarivo, Analamanga, Madagascar.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and monitor a client portfolio through prospecting, new business development, client visits, and long-term retention.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions across the full range of products and services.
• Manage the accounts in the portfolio efficiently and work to improve their performance.
• Ensure all duties are carried out in full compliance with the relevant standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the preparation of the commercial budget.

Candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: Bac+3 in Economics, Management, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong commercial drive and a competitive, growth-oriented mindset.
• Energetic, responsive, and focused on delivering results.
• Strong sense of accuracy, organization, and priority management.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Skilled in selling and negotiation techniques.
• Solid financial analysis ability.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
