Role Overview

The Capacity Planning Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining structured last-mile capacity plans for a planning horizon of 1 to 6 months. The role also involves monitoring real capacity against plans, identifying potential risks early, and partnering with relevant stakeholders to close gaps between planned and actual execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop last-mile capacity plans covering a 1 to 6 month timeframe.
• Track actual capacity levels to spot risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Review differences between planned and actual execution and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the quality of last-mile capacity planning and related processes.
• Prepare and coordinate peak-season capacity plans and their execution.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree or above and bring experience in capacity planning or capacity control. Strong proficiency with office tools, along with solid data analysis and data management capability, is essential. The role also requires a strong sense of ownership, good communication and coordination skills, and clear logical thinking with strong problem-solving ability.
