Camp Supervisor

Role Overview

This is a contract-based, on-site Camp Supervisor position for an assignment in Al Ruways Industrial City, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, at the ADNOC Al Ruwais project location. The role is focused on overseeing camp operations and maintaining effective control of the workforce accommodation environment.

Experience Requirements

Candidates must bring at least 10 years of work experience in the UAE. Prior exposure to oil and gas environments is essential, and hands-on experience in island camp management is mandatory.

Core Knowledge

The position requires strong command over camp administration, day-to-day camp supervision, and workforce/labour control. A solid understanding of managing camp facilities and coordinating labour-related activities is expected.
