Business Intelligence Manager

Role overview

The Business Intelligence Manager will shape and drive the organization’s BI direction, making sure reporting, analytics governance, and dashboard standards support reliable, scalable, and insight-led decisions across strategic and day-to-day operations.

What you will do

• Create and implement an enterprise-wide business intelligence roadmap that supports company objectives.
• Set up consistent reporting structures, KPI definitions, and governance rules.
• Lead the planning, build, and improvement of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.
• Champion BI modernization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
• Work with senior leaders to identify key analytical priorities.
• Track analytics output and refine reporting processes to improve speed and effectiveness.
• Define and enforce dashboard design and data visualization standards to improve user experience.
• Handle vendor partnerships connected to BI tools and platforms.
• Guide, coach, and grow the business intelligence team.
• Ensure all BI practices follow governance and regulatory requirements.
• Share executive-ready insights and performance summaries with leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a leadership or management position.
• Proven track record of building enterprise reporting frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with dashboard standardization and KPI governance.
• Experience presenting analytical findings to executive leadership.

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time onsite position.
