Role Summary

Panamax Capital is looking for a driven Business Development Lead to help accelerate business growth and broaden its customer network in Zimbabwe. This role is based in Harare and involves spotting new commercial opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, producing qualified leads, and turning prospects into loyal clients. You will collaborate with internal teams to shape customized financial solutions, draft business proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure an excellent client experience while meeting growth goals.

What We're Looking For

• Solid background in business development, sales, or account/relationship management.
• Experience in banking, microfinance, fintech, insurance, or broader financial services would be an added advantage.
• Excellent skills in communication, persuasion, and presentations.
• Proven capability to attract leads and maintain strong client relationships over time.
• Good analytical ability and confidence in market research.
• A client-first attitude with strong commercial awareness.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a similar discipline.
• Ability to work on your own initiative, juggle multiple priorities, and deliver targets consistently.
