This opening is for a Business Analyst role that requires advanced Excel ability. There are 20+ openings available.

Work schedule

Hours: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Manila time
Days: Tuesday through Saturday

Compensation and benefits

Monthly pay starts at $500 and can go up to $1,300

Core duties

Support supply chain operations and vendor coordination
Handle product setup, including detailed product definitions
Review inventory levels and pricing data
Prepare purchase orders
Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as quarterly reports and sales tax-related work
Support digital advertising activities

Required profile

Strong spoken and written English skills
Reliable, high-speed internet access
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
Comfort working with large data sets at a highly detailed level
Long-term commitment and readiness for training
No other job commitments

Selection notes

The Excel assessment is expected to be demanding. Basic formulas such as SUM or IF and standard pivot table knowledge will not be enough to pass. Candidates should have several years of hands-on Excel experience and be comfortable with more complex spreadsheet work. VBA is not required for the test, though it would be considered an advantage.

Additional information

The listed salary reflects starting pay only. Additional salary increases may be awarded more than once in a year, depending on performance and skill level. A referral bonus of $300 is available if a referred candidate is hired.
