About the Role

Ampol is seeking a Boost Juice Team Member to join its convenience retail team in Gelorup, Western Australia. In this role, you will be one of the customer-facing team members helping deliver a positive in-store experience and supporting the Boost Juice operation. The position suits someone with strong energy, a passion for service, and a positive, can-do approach.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the full smoothie-making process and help prepare drinks to a high standard.
• Provide friendly, memorable service that encourages customers to return.
• Work closely with your teammates and contribute to a cooperative store environment.
• Help maintain a warm, inviting store atmosphere where customers feel welcome.
• Represent Ampol positively to customers as part of its retail transformation.
