Role Overview
Dhasha Consulting is hiring immediately for a Bench Sales Executive to support its US IT Staffing team. The position focuses on promoting consultants, creating placement opportunities, and managing the full marketing cycle for high-priority roles. This is a night-shift role based on US working hours, and working from the office is required.
Work Schedule
Shift timing is 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM as per US timings. The interview will be conducted from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST, Monday through Friday.
Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 4.0 to 8.0 LPA, which is also stated as approximately INR 30,000 to 60,000 per month. In addition, strong incentive earnings are available based on closures and overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Promote IT consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients in the US staffing market.
- Submit consultant profiles under W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models.
- Handle rate negotiation and work toward successful contract closures.
- Coordinate interviews and support the onboarding process.
- Keep consultant records, documents, and compliance-related information up to date.
- Consistently meet weekly and monthly performance goals.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in US IT bench sales or sales recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing practices and IT technologies.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of US work authorization categories such as H1B, OPT, GC, and USC.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with target-based expectations.
