Barista

Position Overview

The barista is expected to keep the assigned beverage area neat, orderly, and consistently stocked, while delivering drinks to customers and helping promote signature beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise requests for required bar supplies and products.
• Monitor stock levels every day to prevent shortages and ensure product availability.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized beverage station.
• Keep refrigerators stocked and properly replenished.
• Prepare fresh items daily, such as juices, garnishes, and decorative ingredients.
• Serve beverages during operating hours.
• Demonstrate knowledge of specialty drinks, including cocktails.
• Contribute to creating a beverage menu.
• Ensure all utensils remain clean and polished at all times.

Hygiene and Presentation

The role requires a consistently neat personal appearance and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards across the workstation and tools.

This position is based in Bahrain and is a full-time, onsite role.
