About the role

You’ll join a respected barbershop group in Denmark that puts real emphasis on team culture, fitness, shared activities, and a close-knit atmosphere. The business is hiring barbers for multiple Danish locations, with a start date as soon as possible.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll work with scissors and clippers to deliver polished, high-quality haircuts in a setting that is both professional and easygoing. The workplace is designed to feel like more than just a salon job, with a strong social and lifestyle element.

Experience and skill requirements

The client is looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of barbering experience. You should be confident using both scissors and electric clippers, and comfortable communicating in English. A European passport is required.

Pay and earnings

Compensation is based on your experience, your fixed salary, and the products you sell. Earnings can grow depending on what you contribute, and salary reviews take place every 6 months.

Relocation support

The employer will pay for your flight to Denmark and can also arrange accommodation close to the workplace at favorable rates.

Career growth

The company offers a defined progression path that can move from barber to store manager and, for the right person, potentially to part-owner of a store. Training and in-house learning begin from day one.

Application materials

Applicants should submit a portfolio along with photos and videos that demonstrate their work. The employer wants to review your technique with scissors, clippers, and beard styling across different hair types. An Instagram profile is also acceptable.
