About the role

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Baker for its Orlando location. The brand has been serving fresh bagels daily since 1995 and emphasizes a cheerful, team-oriented workplace built around quality food, great guest service, and strong work-life balance. Stores close at 2:00 PM, and team members are not scheduled for evenings or nights.

The baker is an early-start role and may begin as early as 3:00 AM. In this position, you’ll help keep bagels and baked goods ready for each shift while contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming bakery environment.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and maintain product availability throughout the shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case.
• Support the team with guest-facing tasks such as taking orders and making sandwiches.
• Help maintain food and beverage quality standards across the store.
• Keep the bakery clean, safe, and organized during operating hours.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask and stay effective in a fast-moving environment.
• Availability to work variable hours and days based on business needs, including early mornings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check, as permitted by applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• A valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred overall, and required for certain locations; driving qualifications must meet company policy where applicable.

Physical requirements

This role involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
