Role Overview

The Back-Office Officer supports core operational workflows linked to client onboarding, account setup, KYC verification, and coordination with the sales and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client KYC documents and confirm they meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Support the new-client onboarding journey and provide timely follow-up throughout the process.
  • Set up client accounts in CRM platforms.
  • Prepare client files and maintain accurate records after compliance review.
  • Run client screening checks for politically exposed persons (PEP) and adverse media hits.
  • Work closely with the sales team to keep client information current and accurate.
  • Carry out periodic reviews of client files to ensure they remain complete and correct.
  • Provide help with administrative duties within the department as needed.
  • Assist compliance staff with document collection for transaction monitoring and related requests.
  • Stay up to date with compliance obligations and regulatory developments.

Requirements
