Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Analytics, specializing in Risk Management, to join our team in Gurugram. This role involves overseeing the collections reporting portfolio, ensuring its availability, usability, and business relevance. You will be responsible for proposing, designing, and creating new reports, automating existing ones, and conducting sanity checks. Collaboration with the IT department is crucial for minimizing reporting delays. You will also support the implementation of new reporting tools and the migration of reports to new platforms. A key aspect of this role is developing user-friendly stakeholder dashboards and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of Business As Usual (BAU) reports. Furthermore, you will extract valuable insights from reports, provide actionable conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders, and optimize SQL codes for improved accuracy and processing speed. The role also entails managing ad-hoc requests effectively and providing training on reporting tools like MS Excel to internal clients.
