Assistant Development Manager - Real Estate

Role overview

Eram Talent is looking for an Assistant Development Manager to support real estate development initiatives in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role is centered on helping the Development Manager plan, organize, and deliver projects successfully, with a focus on timely completion, budget control, and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of real estate development projects, from initial concept through completion.
• Work in coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets to keep work aligned with planned targets.
• Draft and share periodic project updates and status reports with senior leadership.
• Help manage project risks and make sure regulatory and compliance obligations are fulfilled.
• Assist with contract discussions and maintain effective relationships with vendors and partners.
• Contribute to the planning and rollout of project marketing and sales activities.
• Support quality control and quality assurance across all phases of the project.
• Take part in budgeting exercises and financial forecasting.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a closely related discipline.
• Between 4 and 8 years of professional experience in real estate development or construction project management.
• Solid knowledge of the real estate development lifecycle, including planning, design, and construction stages.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and handle several projects at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication along with good people skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management software and related tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Awareness of local real estate regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to stay effective under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language ability is an added advantage.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role involves close collaboration with senior management and multiple external partners to ensure project delivery standards are met.
