Role overview

This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar. As the Assistant Concierge Manager, you will help deliver the brand service promise to guests by applying the hotel’s service standards with a positive attitude and a warm approach. The role is focused on creating seamless, memorable guest experiences and handling requests that may be unusual or complex.

Key duties

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the concierge department.
  • Guide, coach and direct concierge agents in their daily work.
  • Review and amend team schedules according to projected business levels.
  • Offer feedback and identify opportunities for coaching and development.
