About the role
Ingenieurbüro Hubert Beyer is a Leipzig-based planning office with more than 25 years of experience. The company brings together over 80 colleagues from a wide range of specialist disciplines and works on demanding projects for its clients every day.
In this position, you will be assigned in a way that allows your strengths to be used effectively. The team environment is designed to support goal-oriented collaboration, room for ideas, open exchange, and professional development. The company is looking for additional support for its team.
Responsibilities
- Take primary responsibility for work phases LPH 1 to 5 on challenging residential and commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate closely with both internal and external specialist planners.
- Independently manage planning coordination with all involved parties.
- Ensure consistently high quality standards throughout the planning process.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in architecture.
- Several years of professional experience in design and execution planning is an advantage.
- Authorization to submit building applications is desirable.
- Well-organized, exact working style combined with strong motivation.
- Excellent CAD skills, preferably in ArchiCad, and confident use of Microsoft Office applications.
